Thriven Development Company Limited.

Thriven Development is a leading commercial real estate developer and investor in Thailand. We have a lot of experience investing and developing over 200,000 square meters of industrial property projects including warehouses, factories, and distribution centers for lease since 1996.

Presently, we own, manage, and develop commercial and industrial properties in various locations in eastern seaboard area of Thailand. We provide both Multi Tenant and Built to Suit solutions to our customers.

    Co-Founded DCC Management Co., Ltd. to develop 10,000 sq.m. warehouse for a Thai listed book retailer in 2001.

    Co-Founded WHA CWT Alliance Co.,Ltd. to develop 53,000 sq.m. Built to Suit distribution center for a Consumer Goods Distributor in 2005.

    Invested 20,000 sq.m. in Leamchabang market later merged with Ticon Logistics Park Co., Ltd. in 2005

    Proactively, we meet dynamic customers’ short lead-time needs by providing multi-tenant facilities.

    Capitalizing on our extensive market experience & research, we design, build and manage high-quality multi-tenant industrial properties. After acquiring the most strategic site, we develop a property that meets most customers’ requirements in terms of size, grade, and lease term, allowing us to provide convenient and cost-effective properties for various customers.

    Our build-to-suit development is a service that includes customized site selection, construction, and management of dedicated properties according to an individual customer’s requirements.

    Our development teams are responsible for all aspects of the development process, from sourcing & acquiring an ideal location, master planning, designing and construction management. As experts in the development, we establish a close partnership with our customer to deliver the right facility within budget and on schedule.
